Education has always been important to me. Keeping up with the latest trends, laws, statistical processes and marketing options allows me to better represent my clients.  Washington State requires 30 approved continuing education clock hours every two years. Over my career, I have taken over 1000 hours of continuing education courses and completed many real estate certifications.  

These certifications include:                                                               

• C2EX/Commitment to Excellence
• AHWD/At Home with Diversity
• GRI/Graduate Realtor Institute
• EPro
• CRS/Certified Residential Specialist (all through the Realtor association)
• and CNE/Certified Negotiation Expert
